First and for most it is always important to schedule a consultation with a physician to go over all your treatment options.
From your pictures it looks like you would benefit from PRP hair restoration injections. This treatment is best for patients wanting the more non-surgical, therapeutic route. This is typically done in 3 visits 4-6 weeks apart. You will also use a helmet for 20 min a day that stimulates adequate energy to be absorbed to aid in thickening and restoring hair.
PRP contains special cells called Platelets, that can theoretically cause growth of the hair follicles by stimulating the stem cells and other cells in the microenvironment of the hair follicle. These special Platelet cells promote healing, accelerates the rate and degree of tissue healing and regeneration, responds to injury, and formation of new cellular growth. The primary purpose of using PRP in hair restoration is to stimulate inactive or newly implanted hair follicles into an active growth phase.

It's important to see a physician to review the area and confirm the diagnosis, if in fact it represents patterned balding. Options like minoxidil, finasteride, laser and many others can be  reviewed if the diagnosis is patterned balding. If the diagnosis is something else, different treatments would be needed. 

With a hand microscope a doctor can tell you if you have miniaturization present which would indicate balding. If you have fine hair, the photo may not help and that is why a hand microscope is important to make the diagnosis
