Does the side effect of topical Finasteride stop if I discontinue the solution after 2 months?

I am using MORR F 10% for hair loss treatment. I was using Mintop 5% before that. After 2 doses, I am feeling significant change in my sexual urge. If I discontinue MORR F after 2 months, will the side effects stop? Is this only temporary? Or topical finasteride can do irreversible damage?

It depends on the severity of the injury. Do you have pictures? If you have a scar where hair hasn't grown back within a few months, it's likely the only way that you'll be able to get back to a proper looking hair pattern would be through a hair transplant.
