Does the side effect of topical Finasteride stop if I discontinue the solution after 2 months?

I am using MORR F 10% for hair loss treatment. I was using Mintop 5% before that. After 2 doses, I am feeling significant change in my sexual urge. If I discontinue MORR F after 2 months, will the side effects stop? Is this only temporary? Or topical finasteride can do irreversible damage?
