Lumecca on low contrast freckles?

Good morning Does the IPL LUMECCA Is the best device for “erase” diffuse and low contrast freckles ? I saw that in Australia and USA is very common to use it but in Europe I see 4 different doctors and they all tell me that IPL works only on dark spot not freckles Which one is the best ? Lumecca ?
