Is it possible to save the tooth by using a crown or building a structure based on the apparently healthy base of the incisor, posiibly also using crowns on the other lower front teeth in order to prevent them from fracturing. There is thinning ot the base of these teeth, the necks are slightly exposed and thinning. Cleaning of plaque just weakened them and made them more vulnerable, in my view.
