I have chostochondritis and was told that added fat and breast implants may help and alleviate my symptoms of the pain in chest. I heard it was a new technique. Since I don't want to take any meds for this issue please let me know. I have been having this issue for a year and have gone to cardiologist and have had extensive testing and it's not my heart

Treatment of costochondritis would not entail either procedure and may worsen symptoms depending on location of costochondritis and implant placement.

Not sure how breast implants or fat grafting would help with costochondritis, in fact some people say that capsular contracture could even cause it.

Rather than implants or fat injections you may more likely be thinking of PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections which have been successfully used in a wide variety of chronic pain issues.
