Is EmSculpt Neo still effective if I was very sensitive to the treatment?

I had Emsculpt Neo and was very sensitive to the treatment. I could not tolerate more than 60%. She started me on 35 and I literally almost jumped off the table. My questions are- is it still effective and why am I so sensitive to it?

Yes it is. every patient responds differently to Emsculpt but you should benefit from the treatment even at 60%.

At 60%, you are still getting good benefits. Some are just more sensitive. You could ask to try moving the paddle placement some or even turning it around to see if that feels better to you.

Treatments are most effective on individuals who are perfect candidates and have repeat treatments. 
Muscle strengthening isn’t going to have much impact on those who don’t have visible muscles.
Non surgical treatment especially temporary treatments for body contouring are going to be subtle.
