Is an increase in the dosage of Accutane required when treating rosacea? (photos)

I'm 43 yo and I've tried Doxy(6yrs), metrogel, Soolanta, Azelex.I began Myorisan 20 mg qd. 9 wks ago. I saw improvement after wk 3 and was very pleased up through wk 7.I had some of the drying of lips, skin, and hair which is to be expected.Around wk 8, I noticed to be producing an increase of sebum again. It was like it was I was taking the doxy and barely maintaining.My face has recently started showing eruptions again.I did mention the increase of oil last visit.Any advice prior to my f/u?

At our clinics, we prefer to treat rosacea with low dose accutane. Usually the side effects from low dose accutane are very minimal. The use of accutane is an art and should not be done haphazardly. You should see a dermatologist very familiar with dealing with treating rosacea from multiple angles.
