What is this roundness on my nose? (Photo)

My left side of my nose has this roundness to the nostril, the skin feels thickened in a sense. have allergies and deal with a lot of congestion overall, but this side always gives me the most trouble, and now it seems it’s becoming more and more visible because it’s not the same profile as the other side of my nose. What should I do?
