Eyebrow tattoo, red color left after 1 year. What laser will remove the redness?

Hello Drs and Professionals. Used dark brown for eyebrows and it was ok in the beginning but now red ink is so visible. How and what laser will remove the redness? And are there any possible risks such as burning the hair/destroy follicle, etc? Thank you so much for your time!
