Eyebrow tattoo, red color left after 1 year. What laser will remove the redness?

It is hard to say since different type of ink is used for permanent make-up. It seems that your ink changed color due to oxidation. I advise you to find an experienced provider who will test the area to determine if laser tattoo removal will work. I would use Picosure with 532 wavelength fot red ink. Good luck!

The ink used in eyebrows and eye liners is not the same as ink in a genuine tattoo. There are minerals in there that can oxidize and change color which is likely what happened to your brown ink turning red.
That said you will need a Q switched KTP ( 532) to removes this ink but there is a caution. I find these reds often turn a black color with laser exposure and when that occurs its very difficult to remove the ink despite black generally being one of the easier colors to remove. 
I recommend you find a doctor in NY and test a tiny spot on the edge and see if it turns dark. Normally this happens almost instantly if it is going to i=occur but for safety sake I would wait 2 weeks and see.
