I had double jaw advancement, genioplasty and lipo under the chin 6 months ago for an overbite and other jaw issues. I need advise because I have a tunnel line on my neck. This area of skin feels normal to the rest of the neck. I also massage it with Pericome Md neck tightening cream. Nothing works. I'm 39 and lost 30 pounds after surgery and have another 50 to go. What caused this, what is the treatment and should I wait for the rest of the weightloss before resolving it? Below are some pics.
