I underwent surgery a week and the days ago. Since then, glue holding wounds closed has begun peeling and falling off. Today when the glue feel off this particular incision site, the attached picture is what I observed. Should I be concerned by the depth and opening size?

Your pain does not sound severe, and this far along, my best guess is that you are likely OK. If the pain persists or gets worse, see your surgeon.
