 The prominence you shown the photographs should be shown to your surgeon. It's possible that you have a fluid collection called a seroma we should be drained.

I would encourage you to take it easy and rest a bit more, your body need the strength to heal properly, even though you feel great. No exercise or major effort activities should been done. Complications: open wounds, chronic swelling, seromas...Dr. Cardenas

Anatomically it is not possible for you to have the waist in the photo you show, as your hip to waist ratio and bone structure is not the same.However, don't despair. I have seen patients the have had a tummy tuck that did not have liposuction at the same time, with a similar result as yours....
