I underwent surgery a week and the days ago. Since then, glue holding wounds closed has begun peeling and falling off. Today when the glue feel off this particular incision site, the attached picture is what I observed. Should I be concerned by the depth and opening size?

...it definitely separated.  May end up being a tad wider than would be ideal in the end, but give it at least 6 months to try and heal up beautifully on its own.

Nine days is a bit early for skin glue to fall off.  It can fall off early with oily skin, lotion and ointments applied. The incision has opened up, but will heal over time.  If you are dissatisfied with the final appearance after it has healed, ask your surgeon what your options are.  It can likely be revised in the office under local anesthesia.
