Stopped Rogaine, but can I get the hair back by starting oral Minoxidil?

I have been on propecia and rogaine since 2010. In 2013, I quit using Rogaine and waited for my hair to return to baseline. Then in 2013 I got PRP/ACELL and in 2014 I got a hair transplant with PRP/ACell. I just got PRP/ACEll done again in 2017 and I am now on minoxidil oral tablets. I had great results with Rogaine but it was not convenient, which is why I quit. Have I lost significant hair by stopping Rogaine and starting on oral minoxidil 4 years later? Thank You.

Propecia (finasteride) is not a cure for male pattern balding but it slows down hair loss and sometimes regrows new hair.
