Can I reverse a canthopexy? (Photos)

So i had complained about a little sad/tired eye look and was told to get a canthopexy so I did and I don’t really like it. I feel like what I needed to fix really was some brow droop and an upoer bleph more one one side to brighten the eyes a bit but the canthopexy made one eye look smaller, the corner weirdly higher, and also like the distance from the corner to the iris seems smaller now too. I’m curious on if I can restore my old eyes by bringing the corner lower and a bit out and releasing the lower lid a bit, i’m not really sure but I really don’t like it and would love some guidance on what to do. Don’t know why it looks so weird, and it’s affected the uppers as well. I’ve attached a before and after.
