I'm a 24 year old woman. I recently started feeling really bad about my teeth. I have an underbite and gaps between my teeth. I don't want to go for a surgery. What can I do? Will veneers or even crowns be able to fix it?
Answer: Bite correction I would consult with an orthodontist first. There is a way to do this using Neuromuscular dentistry and full mouth reconstruction with veneers and crowns. This is a very expensive method, and very invasive. Good luck

Answer: Underbite Hi:Combination of crowns and veneers can improve the underbite, however the profile will not change much. It’s best to consult with a experienced cosmetic dentist and an orthodontist to explore all options.Best,Dr. Maddahi

Answer: Do not cause damage! Dear anfe: I understand that you are concerned about your teeth and i can appreciate that. However, the ONLY way to fix your situation is to consult with an orthodontist for proper orthodontic treatment to place your teeth in the proper location and if needed to surgically re-position your jaw. From the side photo, it is actually possible to tell that you are missing size to the upper jaw. This has to be properly diagnosed and planned for. I am sure that you can find some dentist who will tell you to veneer or crown all your teeth to get the final result, however, that will commit you to redoing the dental work for years to come. It will cost you a fortune and will destroy your teeth. Please do not look for the easy or cheep way out. Keep your teeth intact and go to see an orthodontist, preferably one who specializes in adult treatment. Best of luck,

Answer: Braces I would get a consultation with an orthodontist and see what can be done to correct your bite. Crowns will not address your concern about the bite at all.
