Can I use a revision tummy tuck? I have a lot of loose saggy skin and a bulge in my upper abdomen and belly button. (photos)

Your upper abdominal bulging is related to weakness in your abdominal tissue in the setting of pressure from your intraabdominal contents.... sadly, this oftentimes cannot be predicted at the initial surgery, but can be remedied in most cases by reinforcing the abdominal wall with mesh in a revision

It appears that you were a little bit short of skin in your first surgery so your surgeon made a judgement call and gave you a small vertical incision in an effort to keep your incision low.... this is not uncommon and a better way of handing the closure than trying to close the skin too tightly.... if you choose to revise this and get rid of your remaining excess skin above your belly button, you will likely need that short vertical incision converted to a full length one from your belly button to the lower transverse scar

It mostly comes down to whether or not that additional scar is worth it or not to you....hernia can/should be fixed at the same time if it is symptomatic....good luck...
