If I were to get an extended Tummy tuck this time, would this be gone as well? Or would my back still be just as wide? (photos)

I had a tummy tuck done in June and needs to be completely redone and extended but I am also wondering if instead I should get an FDL tummy tuck my current surgeon I'm looking at said that would make an ugly scar and he won't do it but I want to have the results so I'm wondering if it's worth it to get more opinions or if you thought if they redid and pulled tighter an extended should work? I don't like that vertical scar but I don't like the skin more!

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Only on the basis of in person second opinion consultation, a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in body contouring surgery, would be able to discuss options that include liposuction and possibly TT revision. It's difficult to give you the best answer without an in-person evaluation, but my opinion purely based on the pictures is that an FDL will not give you a significantly improved result. There may be other options for you, as I see this type of problem commonly, however I would recommend an in-person consultation to go over your goals and desires.
