It is hard to know what kind of revision you will need without seeing your pictures - in general for revision surgery you should look for someone with at least 10 years of experience who performs over 100 rhinoplasty procedures a year and is skilled in open rhinoplasty and rib grafting techniques.

You should start by finding a board certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon. Not all such surgeons have much experience with rhinoplasty let alone revision rhinoplasty. You really want to find a surgeon who has really made rhinoplasty a focus of their practice and has extensive revision rhinoplasty experience.

Besides finding a surgeon who has the technical ability you need someone who has a similar aesthetic as you. This can be gleaned by reviewing before and after photos of other their other patients. An in person consultation with a few potential surgeons will allow for a better assessment of what changes are possible.

It can be difficult finding a good revision rhinoplasty surgeon.  Your best bet would be to do some research on the surgeons in your area.  Take a look at their before and after pictures to see if you like the results and agree with his/her aesthetic judgment.  I know it may seem like a generic answer, but rhinoplasty is a very personal decision and the techniques can be unique to surgeons.  So see what you like and go for a few consultations and make your decision that way.
