Septorhinoplasty caused a reduction in nose size - what can I do to correct this and regain my nose shape / size? (photos)

I recently had a septorhinoplasty to increase breathing and shave down a bone spur. Poor communication with the surgeon has led to a massive reduction in the size, cartridge and shape of my nose. As well as a loss of my ethnic nose. I have found this extremely distressing and am seeking any advice on how sharpness shape and size can be returned to my nose and my face.

Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the information and photos you provided. If you are unhappy with your result, I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery. Anyway right now your nose tip looks too droopy and there is a visible hump. With a revision rhinoplasty it is possible to reshape the nose, and especially the tip (you may rib cartilage to reshape and support your nose).Best regards!
