it is unlikely to expect that your breasts will have a significant change 9 months after surgery. If you are concerned, I suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

From the one photo provided, it is very difficult to comment on the implant position.  If you could provide pre-operative photos and a few recent views, then an opinion could be given.

Discuss your concerns with your surgeon.  I would like to see your pre operative photos to compare to your surgical result.  At 9 months post op, you probably will not see more changes.
