I got an eschar from elastic bandage wrapped tightly around head after surgery. How and when will the eschar heal? (Photos)

I am a lifelong nonsmoker. It has been eight weeks since brow lift revision surgery. After the surgery, my head was wrapped several times with an elastic bandage. Over the next two days, I felt intense pain and pressure at the site of the incision and below. Post bandage removal, I saw a red wound from the incision to 1" below on my forehead. The skin is now leathery, thick, black, and upturned at the edges. The area of my scalp behind the incision is now bald (alopecia). Prognosis? Treatment?
