Why is my hair less in the middle of head when compared to all over my head. (photos)

Hello doctors !! I am so scared that I might get Bald early .. i have a pretty good amount of hair growing all the sides .. but only in the middle it is very less .. could please help me doctors .. what is the best preventive measure i should do ?

If you are losing hair and want treatment options you should schedule a consultation with a doctor.  There is no "best" treatment for an age group or hair loss type.

Propecia is prescribed for genetic male pattern hair loss.  Age doesn't matter as much as a diagnosis and treatment plan by a doctor.  In other words it usually does not work for front hair loss.  It can also work great for men in their 20s as well as 70s.

Deficiencies of Ferritin and Iron can cause hair loss and the eyebrows are often the first place where this shows up.  Correct the deficiency.

Minoxidil is a standard treatment drug for use in female hair loss. This is difficult to treat as I have written below.  You need to work out your treatment plan with a doctor, not over the internet

Sure, conjugated estrogen can trigger hair shedding a few weeks after starting. It does not happen in everyone but it's a recognized side effect. Shedding may subside (over time) in some users.
