Best treatment/surgery for Norwood 5A - MPB (34 year old male) with limited donor area of 1500 grafts?

I am 34 year old male suffering from progressive MPB for the last 10-12 years, I am currently at Norwood 5A grade of MPB as per my dermatologist. The quality of my existing hair is thin, straight and weak. Further, my donor area hair is weak with moderate hair quality (donor area might yield about 1500 grafts). In this context what would be the best line of treatment/surgery to stop my hair loss and help regain most of my lost hair ?

If you are losing hair and want treatment options you should schedule a consultation with a doctor.  There is no "best" treatment for an age group or hair loss type.

Unfortunately it sounds as if you have a great demand for hair but little supply.Before considering  transplantation it might be reasonable to try a few things to prevent any further hair loss and possibly thicken up some of the existing hair.These include Minoxidil,Finasteride,PRP and/or Low Level Laser Light therapy.I would recommend an evaluation by an experienced Hair Restoration surgeon to design an appropriate treatment plan.

When transplanting a Norwood Class 5 pattern of balding, I always focus on the frontal hairline and 1500 grafts with a good hair quality should work nicely
