Let's speak theoretically. My bottom out was imediate. Days after surgery. Not immense tough, a few centimeters at worst, only one of the breasts. I have just today completed two weeks post-op. Let's say I forcefully keep my breast from dropping to their lowest position, keeping it at the same height of the other side with underwear. Tight, tight underwear. 24/7. Even holding firmly with my hands through each bath. Could the body repair the pocket and close it back by itself?
