I understand I have to wait for 7 days to take sutures out but could I take tape off on eyelids surgery after 4 days? Tape was put on tight that it can't be all good...could bacteria get build on since it's tightly on my eyelids? Is it safe to & how do I remove the tape? Soap?

Answer: Generally it is not necessary or desirable to tape the eyelids after eyelid surgery.
