Removing tapes after eyelid surgery: Can it be removed after 4 days?

I understand I have to wait for 7 days to take sutures out but could I take tape off on eyelids surgery after 4 days? Tape was put on tight that it can't be all good...could bacteria get build on since it's tightly on my eyelids? Is it safe to & how do I remove the tape? Soap?

You have mild upper eyelid ptosis. It is called "bedroom" eyes.  Not sure if it is enough for ptosis surgery. The appearance of the sleep eyes is compounded by hollow upper eyelids, which can be improved by filler injection the that area.
