Cheek piercings can cause indentation when removed.  I would perform a scar revision procedure to remove the epithelialized tract and fix the scar.  There is a finite risk of fistula formation.

Wart removal scars on the face can be improved with fractional co2 laser skin resurfacing to even out the texture of the skin.

Any type of growth on the lips can and should be surgically excise and sent for pathology (the whole specimen).  I would recommend a small surgical procedure to remove and resuture. 

I have written a paper on repiercing after keloid surgery treatment and believe that it is feasible provided certain conditions are met. 

The indented scars can be improved with percutaneous scar release and scar revision surgery. I would not anticipate a tummy tuck later as that may or may not be needed.
