I regret my lip reduction. What can be done to get my old lip size back? (Photo)

Hi! I had a lip reduction about 5 months ago and i regret it so much. I feel like i got botched and i am experiencing severe depression. My lips are uneven,is there a permanent solution to fix the bottom lip hanging on the left side. (Just curious is it possible to get my old lips size back on both lips)
