I would first encourage you to wait while the lips heal from the initial surgery--it takes about a year for scar tissue to mature. Then go for a consultation to discuss a few options for augmentation (the reverse of reduction). Fillers and tissue grafting (e.g. fat transfer) are the mainstays of lip augmentation. Your results will be more reliable if you wait. You can perform scar massage in the meantime.
