Pink skin is normal after laser hair removal, theres a good chance this isn't pigmentation. If the area treated was on the face it may be a combination of broken capillaries/rosacea. I assume you had hair removal by Alexandrite Laser. If you have very fair skin, you may continue to have slowly subsiding pink discoloration for another week or two. It is not and cannot be hyperpigmentation, since you are very fair skinned and cannot produce diffuse pigmentation easily but you can develop freckles. If the pink color persists unchanged for longer than 4-6 weeks, I suggest you see a Dermatologist, to rule out Rosacea or other more serious problems.
