What can I do to reduce the size of my chin? (photos)

I was wondering what procedure will be best for my situation. My chin is too out and I don’t think it’s the bone , I think it’s just fat. The last pic is to just show how I can basically pinch it. thank you!!

Chin reduction surgery sometimes requires bone reduction and soft tissue reduction. The chin is repositioned more posteriorly and in some cases a small wafer of bone is removed to provide greater reduction without increasing the width of the face. Lastly, the soft tissue pad of the chin is resuspended  and sutured to the anterior mandible to provide a natural mental labial fold.

You have a purely horizontally excessive chin projection. To reduce this a submental chin reduction technique is needed to remove the excessively projecting bone and soft tissue that lies over it.
