Contour irregularities are common during the early stages of recovery and are often exaggerated with larger implants. I would expect this condition to improve as the tissues mature, It would be appropriate to discuss this with you surgeon as sometimes simple maneuvers such as gentle massage can hasten the changes.

However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Good morning!This most likely represents a tight band of muscle arching over your implant on that side- a topless photo would also be helpful for evaluation. Talk to your PS to see if massage might be a reasonable approach or if surgical release might be necessary.
