I had a thread lift yesterday on my lower face. How long before I see results?

If
you are concerned about the lack of apparent results I would strongly suggest
you make an appointment to visit treating clinician to share your concerns.  At River Aesthetics, we treat with both PDO

In fact, we train other doctors to use both types of threads.  Both offer an instant lift immediately after
treatment, with a continuing improvement in the following three months as the

better.  It is possible the clinician
treating you pulled the threads very tightly during your treatment and this
sometimes means the initial lift relaxes into a its final position but it is
important this is verified by the person who treated you.  It is not the protocol we advocate but we are
not as familiar with Assufil or its training methodology.

Results should be immediate and obvious.  If you are not seeing any improvement, it can be from multiple factors:  Strength of the product used, anchoring technique, placement, quantity of threads, and whether you are a good candidate based on skin laxity and facial structure.  I would recommend you return to the physician who placed them and discuss.
