The middle part of my top lip is thicker and sticks out quite a bit. It points down kind of like a turtle :( what can I do to make my pout more attractive?

Since your upper lip has more volume and projection than your lower lip, I would recommend an injection of a filler, such as Restylane to your bottom lip, and particularly in the center, so that the bottom lip is more proportionate to your upper lip.This filler should last approximately 4-6 months in the lower lip.
