Well it's nail polish remover and strengthener with Gelatin i already flushed my eye for 10-15 minutes but now it's droopy and it's been around 1 and a half days since and it's still droopy? Surgery is my last option.

What is apparent from the photo you posted is that your left eyebrow (right side of this photo) sits lower than the right eyebrow. It would be alot easier to assess this in person to see what a subtle lift of that eyebrow does for improving symmetry. I would not recommend anything be done...
It appears you have upper eyelid ptosis (droopiness), which makes your eyes appear smaller. You are also lifting your brow in order to compensate for the droopy eyelids. You can likely benefit from upper eyelid ptosis surgery. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation.
Massage, taping, and proper lubrication may all be recommended. I would follow closely with your surgeon as he or she will be in the best position to monitor your condition and the progress over time...
