Question

I've always had thin hair but it's becoming thinner that the scalp is showing now. I take supplements regularly, avoid heat and dying my hair as much as possible (only dyed once within the past 7 yrs, blow dry twice in the past 7 months). My hair is currently falling due to breastfeeding, it's always been the case since my first child and now this no. 4. The hair falling decrease after weaning but still in my healthiest state, I still have very thin hair. my hairline receded tremendously,Iam 39y

It's difficult to tell from the limited photos but you may be a good candidate for hair transplant if the thinning is confined to the front/corners and your hair at the lower back of your head is normal. I generally dislike transplants for women but in more discrete loss patterns the results can be amazing. In your case I would wait until you are done breastfeeding and your estrogen levels have come back to normal then see what happens to your hair. At that point, you will be able to assess if transplant is necessary and worth the costs for you. I hope this helps
