Hello and thank you for your question. Yes it is possible to get a hair transplant at the age of 18 or older provided you have enough hair to take from and replace to where you want it. That being so, I would strongly suggest you wait until you are at least 25 to do so. As you age you’ll most likely lose more hair that you might want to cover up but won’t have enough donor area available. Please think about this before doing something you might later regret.
