After my breast reduction (1000 grams removed 2 weeks ago) I've noticed a few things. (Photos)

Itchy breast flaky skin on breast Surgical tape unraveling (I can see the incision) Yellow discharge from exposed incision (not smelly or hot) Are these normal?
