How can I fix my witch chin? Every time I smile my chin droops down. (Photos)

Making it look like a witches chin, the bone is not big but there is a lot of tissue, is there any way to non surgically remove this? If not what surgery or procedure will? Also will a shorter chin make my jawline appear softer or will it not affect it? And will it make my double chin more noticeable?

What you have is a hyperdynaminc chin ptosis, a chin deformity which is largely absent at rest but becomes pronounced with smiling. A submental approach is needed to reduce the soft tissue chin pad and tuck it under the reduced chin bone as well.
