Since radiesse can't be dissolved like hyaluronic acid based fillers, I am wondering whether surgical removal during a facial surgery procedure (a rhinoplasty, for example) is possible or advised

I think you would need to get an okay from your Physician. I believe doing an HA is ok but collagen stimulators might not be advised with Scleroderma. Have that conversation just to be sure.
