Going to the Bathroom After Rhinoplasty

Straining in the bathroom one month after having a rhinoplasty should not impact your results.  Some patients early on may get nose bleeds with straining, but you should be ok at this point.

Don't worry - it's unlikely you injured your surgical site by straining.  As long as you don't have direct trauma or pressure to your nose, your rhinoplasty results are unlikely to be affected.
