2 months Post Op Septoplasty. Now I am having headaches daily around the eyes. What can be the possible cause of it?

It is still quite early after your surgery.  You can expect to feel congested for about 4 weeks after a septoplasty.  Best to speak with your surgeon if your headaches continue, or any other symptoms worsen.  

The upper lateral cartilages that support your nostrils may have been reduced to the point that they are a bit weaker on one side.  A simple cartilage graft can correct this if it persists.
