I had a mole shaved off on my neck and I don’t know how long I should keep the bandaid on? Is 3 days long enough? (photo)

I don’t know if the area is infected but it doesn’t look normal to me, should i try applying paw paw ointment ? I only kept the bandaid on for 3 days is should I have kept it on longer ?
