In 2019 I had breast reduction surgery. I went from a G cup to a D cup. I was extremely happy with the results, but over time my breasts have sagged significantly and within about a year after the surgery I noticed my breasts were very square looking and my nipples very oval shaped. It looks as though my breasts are sagging sideways. I am so glad I got the surgery but I am saddened by the look. When I put my arms up in the air they are the perfect shape and my nipples are rounded again.
