When considering a periareolar lift and an implant , you must be mindful of the skin quality., can  the implant be placed through that small incision(ie saline or small gel) and how much of a lift you would like.The larger areola helps as there is always a length discrepancy of the outer versus the inner incisions-so you might be a good candidate.I  hope that helps. hola Queen 8, that surgical plan is perfect, smaller areolas and with the implants we can make nice round breasts. i always try to please my patients but in your case a size D is going to make you look kind of big i prefer a C its a mid way of what you wanted and helps getting a result for a longer period, because as you said the bigger the faster it will fall.good luck!
