F/49/Caucasion/173 lbs/5’1”. After Second revision, was told pocket sutured to ribcage due to prior pocket failure &capsular contraction. Had 2 more revisions. Starting from original BR reduction where CA found, have been through bilateral mastectomy, reconstruction, skin graft on L side, left reconstruction all in 7 month period. 2019. Have had 3 more revisions on left side , last 2021. Since last surgery, severe pain and tearing on left side ribs. Recent x ray show multiple staples .

If you want to continue using implants then perhaps you would benefit from a lift, revision of your previous reconstruction and placement of implants retro-pectoral, if they are in front of the muscle. Also, the implants can be removed and fat transfers can be done and then the implants...
