I'm around 120/125 lbs, and just got breast implants. Normally my lifestyle is moderately active (I take a half hour walk most days of the week, and lift lightish weights while watching TV) and I eat about 1500 to 1600 calories a day. I read that during recovery from surgery you need 15 to 20 calories per pound of body weight, which would be 1800 to 2400 calories a day. Is this true?
