Is it possible to use dermal fillers for jaw bone loss due to losing teeth?

I'm 29 years old and I've had all of my wisdom teeth and lower molars extracted due to decay. My jaw bone has shrunk significantly because of this. It's so distressing and I am very self-conscious and unhappy with my appearance. Would it be possible to use dermal fillers or a chin/jaw implant to restore volume to my face and jaw at this point? Thank you!
