I have had a implant since I was 2, I received an adult size implant because my eyes were so large at the time. My surgery was one of the best they’d done, the result are good, but I notice the unevenness of my eye lids often and would like to know if I could get some kind of filler under my eyebrow to give a fuller look to it? The movement is not terrible but I hate that it always looks sunken in to me. Even though the color is spot on, I dont know what all is possible with this situation.
Answer: Hello There can be two reasons for this appearance. It can be due to ptosis or volume deficiency. You may benefit of fillers if you have volume deficiency.

Answer: Superior sulcus syndrome (sunken socket) I must commend your surgeons, for the duration of time you have had this implant it appears to have held up very well. Volume loss in the upper lid (superior sulcus syndrome) is very common in these procedures. There are many techniques to augment the lost volume in the socket, with both non-surgical options such as prosthetic adjustment, filler, or fat injection. There are also surgical treatments to adjust the lid height, implant position and volume, or transfer additional fat volume to the socket. An evaluation from your local oculofacial plastic surgeon would be able to determine the best approach for your unique situation.

Answer: Filler I think some filler in your upper eyelid would definitely help your appearance. Similar to Dr. Taban I have also occasionally used filler in the socket with excellent results.

Answer: Options for a sinking socket Changes in the socket (enophthalmos) are to be expected with the loss of an eye. A skilled Ocularist can often "build up" the ocular prosthesis in such a way that the eyelid sits a more normal, symmetrical position. I also recommend a consultation with an oculoplastic surgeon in your area to determine if an eyelid surgery (ptosis repair) would also help restore symmetry to the eye area. In severe cases of enophthalmos, the orbital implant that was surgically implanted during your initial surgery may be removed and replaced with a larger sphere.
