I am planning on a rhinoplasty and Invisalign soon. I don't like •How big my forehead is and the indented areas. It slopes back which looks unfeminine. •My face looks very flat and odd. •My philtrum is long and goes out in the middle looks darker all the time. •My bite is off and both sides of my jaw click. I went to the dentist and he said Invisalign would fix it I think? I just need suggestions on what to get to look normal and feminine. Do I need genioplasty? Double jaw surgery?
