I’m female. I’ve looked online for chin reduction surgery, but it always seems to pertain to male to female transition narrowing of the jawline. I need to reduce protrusion. I’ve had filler injections in the crease, but I don’t see much improvement. I was told that I have a very active (large) mentalis so we tried Botox but that only relaxes the muscle. Any suggestions and images are welcomed.
