Hello, i had a big inner forearm tattoo lasered out of state and it seems like the person doing it had the wrong wave lengths and did it too aggressively and i ended up with small white bumps and red skin. Can I tattoo over these? Also I’m still in the process of doing laster tattoo removal so how can i get these scars to heal up? This is what it looks like after 4 months.
