How can I get my skin back to normal after experiencing hypo pigmentation? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for providing a photo. In my 9 year experience removing laser tattoo pigment, hypopigmenmtation is always a risk that may happen and it's simply a part of the process. Some people may get it, others not,. It is dictated by many variables like the laser, the settings, the experience, the frequency of visit, the number of passes, the ink type and the way you take care off the skin after with proper sun protection. My understanding is that you just had one session. Hypopigmentation is always a risk with any laser tattoo treatment but it's rare on a fair skin. The red spots are interesting as they may be due to either an allergy to the ink being removed, or an autoimmune condition or even a fungal infection. Please see a dermatologist to get a proper evaluation and treatment before you proceed with any further laser treatments or even adding more ink.
