Based on your photo the removal should not take more than 2-4 sessions to get rid of it. It's fresh, it's light. The size never dictates the amount of sessions needed. It's the ink color or colors and the location and whether light or very heavy inking was done. Yours looks medium . I would estimate 2-4 sessions to have the tattoo removed surgically. The tattoo is located in a good location so the scar would be located in the crease behind your ear and be hidden well.
