How many sessions will behind the ear tattoo take to get removed? (Photo)

I just got a small tattoo behind my ear. I’m not happy with the placement so I am looking to possibly get it removed. I know there are many factors that go into tattoo removal, but I was wondering if there is any way to get an estimate on how many sessions it would take to remove it. Will it really take up to 10 sessions to remove something so small?

Thank you for your question and a photo. I'm sorry to hear about your tattoo experience but on a bright note, you have chosen a great place for it.I will only answer based on my own experience and using the laser that I have, which is Picosure.
Based on your photo the removal should not take more than 2-4 sessions to get rid of it. It's fresh, it's light. The size never dictates the amount of sessions needed. It's the ink color or colors and the location and whether light or very heavy inking was done. Yours looks medium . I feel confident to be able to help you remove it safely and our practice offers per treatment pricing. Unfortunately, it's is impossible to accurately predict the number of sessions needed before anything is done. I would estimate 2-4 sessions to have the tattoo removed surgically. The tattoo is located in a good location so the scar would be located in the crease behind your ear and be hidden well.

Hi, thanks for sharing your photo; Because the tattoo is black, it is easier to remove with a laser and probably requires one to three sessions due to the depth of the pigment. I hope you consider this opinión.
